It’s almost summer. Warm days bring warm bodies that can focus on speed workouts; we have transitioned to shorter, faster intervals. On Mondays we do a total of two miles. Wednesdays it is three miles. The intervals are fast, with longer recoveries.

The Lincoln Hi track renovation is still in progress. I estimate actual completion in one to three weeks. Given the lack of availability, we will go to the Willow Glenn Hi track. It is on Cherry Ave a few blocks north of Cherry/Curtner intersection.
